Request for Help
Request for Help
Requests for Help can be made for a variety of reasons including, you are working with a young person who has indicated that they would like to access the group or further information on the services that we deliver.
We aim to review requests for help within 3 working days and reply within 7 days. Where sufficient contact information is available to contact the young person directly and it is appropriate we will do this. Each request for help will be considered individually and in accordance with our policies and procedures. We will only pass information back to the person making the request for help where this is appropriate and necessary.
